Homebrew Question Reinx "failed to launch recovery menu"

hi friends,
i have a problem to start Reinx on my Switch.
I have a 128gb sd card and format it to fat32 with reinx and the rcmloader and everythink worked fine on my switch.
then i decided to test exfat and format it because there is no 4gb limit.
but when i try load the Reinx on my switch is just says "failed to launch recovery menu" and i got black screen.
i updated the reinx and also rcmloader firmware but my switch wont turn on again.
what is the problem? because before it worked all fine...

"failed to launch recovery menu" is only an info message (even if it is red). (unfortunately I am not allowed to provide links)
Make sure the RCMloader has the right firmware. The factory default for reiNX is 2.2. A Switch with the Firmware 8.1.0 needs reiNX 2.4.

Boot into Maintenance Mode which you can do by holding volume + and - when turning on the console. If you have AutoRCM, you hold the buttons after sending a payload that loads OFW/CFW.
