Hacking Reinstalling CFW

I havent used a 3DS in months but decided i wanted to play with it a bit,
so i placed all the stuff i removed from the SD card months ago back on it,
and i got into an emunand. Emu 11.2.0-35.
But i don't exactly know what CFW i have now, or what features i need.
So i kinda want to do a fresh reinstall of CFW.
How do i go about it?

Okay, so ive looked into some stuff. I apparently have A9hl installed, and my OFW is 11.8. I installed Mario maker CIA via FBI but the game won't load.

When you power on your 3DS while holding Select, which version of Luma3DS is displayed at the top of the configuration settings? It's unlikely that you have A9LH and 11.8 at the same time.

Update to boot9strap.

Hmm, I'm surprised the guide isn't written in Dutch despite English and German being available (I might need to revisit this one).

You can make a backup of your EmuNAND and then copy it over to your SysNAND.

Make sure you're using Luma3DS v9.1, boot9strap v1.3, and GodMode9 v1.7.1 Once you have these three, update your CTRNAND.

Last but not least, update to 11.8.0-41E for your firmware (do this one last).

I seem to have Luma3DS 6.6 installed.
I managed to get all the games i wanted to work now, without reinstalling CFW or updating it.
What are the benefits of doing so?
And i read that there currently isnt a free HBC exploit?

Also, im on the latest SysNAND. ( I installed all games on SysNAND)

Quick side questions,

I installed TWLoader and followed every step from the guide, but when i open it, it crashes, and forces my 3DS to reboot. What gives?
Can i safely remove EmuNAND from my SD? (I apparently need to install TW loader to both EMU and SysNAND, but i can't install it on EmuNANd due to the lack of FBI.

You get new features and likely more stability too.
Also, since you're on Luka 6.6, your console still has A9LH, which has been obsolete for some time now and isn't supported anymore by most homebrew (including Luma), you should update to B9S by following this guide
