Oh man xD I used that until last year because I was too lazy to get ProCFW... but once I did, my life changed completely.
It's like going from Menuhax+rxTools to A9LH.

Meanwhile, my PSP is stuck on 5.00-M33 because I have no battery and I can't run a firmware update because of that.
I would get another battery, but I can't find an original one, and no way am I buying a shitty 3rd party battery.

I was gonna change the battery in mine for another one, but I also can't find original ones. So I'll just stick around with an original 2000mah, instead of buying a "4000mah" pirate one.

My original battery actually inflated when I tried to charge it after not having used the PSP for 2 years or more. Lesson learned, don't leave li-ion/lipo batteries around for ages without recharging them.

From what I remember reinand was the first cfw to support the new 3ds after gateway started to become obsolete,while everyone on the old 3ds used rxtools until luma and a9lh became the master race since it supported both old and new 3ds's.

just noticed that Reisyukaku has released ReiNand5, well I´m just wondering why, since its fork Luma is well "#1 3DS Sig Patcher" (don´t understand me wrong, I like ReiNand I was one of its first users when it came out) , I am really wondering why it got this "comeback" now.

Im all about Reinand. I see no point in A9LH. Im sure its great but, i turn on my N3DSXL, wait like 20 seconds for MenuHax to do its thing and start Reinand, then pick my game, and play it. Seems like no matter how many times i wait the 20 seconds it will never be worth the time i would spend to get A9LH. I also have had a 100% boot rate (crosses fingers, lol). Ive had my 3ds hacked forever now it seems. I guess if I was new I would be following the guide everyone does and get A9LH, but being that I've never felt that it takes too long to get to my games I dont. In conclusion, Im thankful that there are still the occasional updates for people like me that are maybe just stubborn. Im in no way knocking A9LH, like I said I just do see the point.

Your confusing CFW and entry points. A9lh and menuhax are entrypoints, Reinand is a CFW that works with both entrypoints

This "argument" is the stupidest one I've ever read.

First because you can invert "Luma" and "Rx & Rei" in the sentence and it's an "argument" against you.
Second because Luma is the one with the least problems of all (has proper reboot patches and supports newer firms for latest games) so it's not the most likely to get a bug.
Third because it's the most updated one so even if it has a bug, it's going to be corrected in 1 hour. Meanwhile, ReiNand took one year to stay out of date and RxTools is even behind Gateway.
Fourth because most people on Luma also have a9lh and don't care about bricks, unlike most RxTools people on menuhax.

And really, you did not see me anywhere in the ReiNand vs Luma debate so don't think I'm a Luma fan. I just can't read "arguments" like the one you wrote.

I don't think A9LH is 100% safe, since we can detect if it is present or not ..

For Rx problem I agree, it doesn't support 100% of new games.
But I see ppl here telling since 10.6 that RxTools will stop working at next update ... we are at 11.2 now and it still working

Jesus.
The reason Luma is so "popular" is because its noob friendly and has been constantly updating as ReiNand's last release was in May back then and people are usually too lazy to compile it themselves to get the latest commits.
Reisyukaku can do whatever they want want with their cfw and many of those long time users still use Reinand.
If you can't read a github's description, you should probably stay on Luma.

ReiNand was never dead for it to comeback. Its the same as it always was, but with an update.
Also, Rei patches much more than Luma.
