Homebrew Reinand black screen after booting (error has occurred)

Hey guys. I've been trying to install reinand for my brother, but have run into this problem after managing to get 3.1 to boot. After 1 second of booting, it gives me this message http://imgur.com/N7CzgJY

I'm not sure how to fix it. If anyone can help, that'd be awesome.

Firmware : 9.2.0E

Is this on a old 3ds or a new 3ds?? If it's an old 3ds you need the mod of reinand as the main version of reinand is for new 3ds only.https://gbatemp.net/threads/reinand-mod-o3ds-n3ds-sysnand.411110/

It is on a new 3ds xl as you can see from the nub in the picture

Sorry I only looked at the important part of your picture IE the error message good luck in getting it fixed I would of helped as I know what is going on but your rather snarky reply has meant I am not going to.

Dam. would that think you linked dident work. ill keep looking around for other people haveing the same problem. thanks for your help though
