Homebrew regionthree + Ninjhax?

Is it possible to run Ninjhax through regionthree?
For instance: A US copy of Ninjhax and a EU 3DS running regionthree

Would it be possible to install the Homebrew Channel through it?

Theoretically? Maybe, but not on 9.3/9.4. Currently released? No.

Yeah I know, my system is on 9.2 and downgradable to 4.5 if needs be.

I cant find anything on it, but am I right in saying you cant install DevMenu/BBB through Ninjhax?

yes, you are right. you can downgrade and install cfw though.

I currently do not have a DS flashcard that works on 4.5 (rest in piece, trusty AK2i)

What region is your 3ds? If it is US region you will go to 4.2 instead (I went to 4.2 but accidentally went to 4.5 via ac:nl)

EU, hence why I said it downgrades to 4.5 xD

Too bad I guess, your only option is to buy a DS flashcart. I don't know much about them so the cheapest 3ds compatible one I know is the r4i gold 3ds, but there is probably a cheaper one.

If your device is 9.2, yes. The only problem is that I believe RT has problems with save states, and the Cubic Ninja save state space is used to keep the exploit installed. You'd have to rescan the QR each time you decide to use it. That is, of course, if RT has problems with save states.
