RegionFrii 1.21 released

New version








SYNDiCATE have released a new version of RegionFrii: version 1.21. RegionFrii is used to patch Wii ISOs in an attempt to make them playable on foreign region consoles. This update lets you see more details about the ISO you are attempting to patch, and includes partition injection/extraction functionality, among other things. The patching routine has not been changed, so compatibility will be the same as the last version. Nice to see there is a link to the region free compatibility list on our very own wiki in the "About" dialog.



You can download the application from our download center using the link below.

  Firstly, the region patching is the same. So whats new?

  + partition management, extract/inject/md5sum etc. (right-click it)

  + better detection of patched isos (could also md5 game partition)

  + more ISO info, see .ini file to update gamecode ids
