Hacking Region Free Everything?

I've updated Priiloader to the latest version, noticed an option that says:

REGION FREE EVERYTHING

This means that I can install out of region wads? For instance, the Japan only Virtual Console game: Star Blade can be installed without bricking my console?

Note: I have a NAND backup.

The other Thing - will they work correctly ?
Many of them (JPN) has to be "customized" because of the correct Display Resolution (otherwise -> black Screen).

But you will find them already "customized" in the World Wide Web......maybe Mario helps - He has a great Repository.
And do no longer use Google.....it is also "customized" and now really Shit for searching Wii Stuff.

I actually tested Starblade on my Wii.
Aside of glitchy/garbled text, everything was fine.

Although I never knew how to add credits so it was unplayable ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
