So im debating changing region on my 2ds with this but im not fully convinced

If i switch, for example, from EU to USA, can i later change back to EU if i want to?

Yes, you can make a NAND backup of the current state of the console and restore it if you change your mind

Ive been told that if i region change, my reboot patch gets damaged and some games like MH4U, Smash and Pokemon US/UM crash if i use the home button
