This isn't for patching 3DS ROMs, but older ROMs, like SNES

Also I believe luma3ds only supports bps patching which is different from ips.

Nope, they didn't take this from me. IPS patching is a super ancient concept.

Actually, code.bin patches have IPS patches, just name it code.ips
