Hacking Redownloading games on sysCFW

I am an absolute noob to this stuff and have a simple question, on sysCFW and because of the partitioning the sd card to set it up but it clears the sd card so every game has a cloud with a down arrow and im wondering if its safe to download games through that?

If not, how do you download games that you own to play on sysCFW?
