So last night I accidentally formatted by SD card for gateway and lost my special notes and other good stuff I saved before the swap note shut down
pretty upset I cant get anything back

does anyone have all the special notes saved still and can find a way to extract it?

Maybe you can undelete it (which may not be possible depending on how invasive gateway's repartitioner is) seeing how the 3DS folder structure encourages a lot of subfolders (good for increasing recovery chances on FAT).

This is still very theoretical, as you likely can only recover unfragmented files and most likely without knowledge of the filename!

Are you talking about the notes from your friend? Or like the special holiday notes sent to everyone.

Can you believe I've never played any Half Life game, or the Orange box. Been meaning to, I own it, just haven't played it yet.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Wow, I never knew that. You should totally play Half Life. Great game, I tell ya.

Played a little Portal way back, but didn't care for it. Should give it another go.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Oh god, Portal. I got stuck in the middle of making a portal on a wall, and trying not die in the pit. Can't remember what level it was, but this was a decade ago. It just feels too difficult.

First few levels you know what you're supposed to do, but afterwards, they don't tell you otherwise, you have to memorize everything.

Since I'm not touching fake Japan asscreed, I'll be giving a try to Valhalla. I bought it on release but never played it. X

They should've continued making Rabbids games before they fall off the earth. If Nintendo has Super Mario, then Rabbids should be their mascot for all their games. Make a lot of money.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Skelletonike, Valhalla was pretty good, slow at first but gets better as goes. Not quite as good as Origins or Odyssey tho, imo

The game has so many options, many pointless, but no option to change the audio settings? I like when I can put the sound to work better with a soundbar or stereo equipment, I think previous games had it? Weird

I really like origins for the world itself.
