Hardware recommended flashcart?

I want to get a flashcard for my 3ds/n3ds that can play DS games on 9.2 firmware. I used to own a dstwo, which I loved, but I no longer have it. So I was wondering if anything less than 20 dollars?

It should, assuming your version is 9.2 or below, 9.3 might even work but you know the game, don't upgrade unless you're sure.
