I'll list games I like so you guys can recommend similar ones. The thing is I have played heaps of games but never beat them. So I will list whether or not I have beat them or if I am currently playing.

Trauma Center 1/2 (Playing number 2)
Minish Cap (Going to start again)
Nanashi No Game (Playing)
Tales Of Innocence (Playing but might stop)
Persona 3 Portable (Playing)
Pokemon (Playing)
Phantom Hourglass (Playing)
Amnesia
Penumbra (Stupid bug )
Elder Scrolls IV and V
Advance Wars
Phoenix Wright
Fallout New Vegas
L4D2
Fire Emblem Series
Castlevania
Terraria
Minecraft
GTA: Chinatown Wars/Vice City/San Andreas/3
God of War 1/2
Total War Series
Age Of Empires
Celtic Kings
Star Wars Battlefront II
CoD Series
Battlefield Series

Those are games I have played and beat. Or games I have played and really liked. I only have acess to a PC/DS/Wii (prefer not to use the Wii but if I have to) and PSP right now. I'm looking for RPG style games prefferably. JRPG's welcome as long as the battle system isn't as boring as FF III/IV's :( P3P turn based battles are good :D

You didn't mention a Wii, but they're like $10 and everyone has one.

Penumbra (Stupid bug ) - I totally got hit by a game breaking bug and quit that game. Plugged in a cable too early and now shit don't work...they never fixed it.
Yeah I got a Wii forgot about that.
Also I got hit by that exact same bug

Edit: I do have a 360 it's just inaccesible until end of January.

Let's see...

Trauma Center 1/2 (Playing number 2) ---> Trauma Team, deffo best game in the series. Also, Trauma Center: Second Opinion (some extras to no.1, available for the Wii)
Minish Cap (Going to start again) ---> Golden Sun GBA?
Nanashi No Game (Playing) ---> Corpse Party...? Nanashi No Game is a genre in itself, it's hard to find similar ones.
Tales Of Innocence (Playing but might stop) ---> Avadon Code? Maybe?
Persona 3 Portable (Playing) ---> Shin Megami Tensei games come to mind when it comes to the atmosphere, Final Fantasy when the gameplay is concerned.
Pokemon (Playing) ---> Digimon, d'uh! Also Monster Rancher.
Phantom Hourglass (Playing) ---> I have... no clue what to recommend as a similar game, Golden Sun DS?
Penumbra, Amnesia ---> System Shock 1/2
Elder Scrolls IV and V ---> Gothic
Advance Wars ---> Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command
Phoenix Wright ---> Again DS, Trauma Team (detective parts are awesome), Hotel Dusk, Last Window, Another Code
Fallout New Vegas ---> Fallout 1 and 2. Respect the classics.
L4D2 ---> Urr... Resident Evil: Mercenaries?
Fire Emblem Series ---> Not sure what to recommend... Disgaea, Front Mission, Zone of Enders, FF Tactics, maybe FF: Revenant Wings?
Castlevania ---> Metroid
Minecraft // Terraria ---> Uhm... I remember some Lego games that actually allowed you to build stuff, but I can't recall the titles.
GTA: Chinatown Wars/Vice City/San Andreas/3 ---> Saints Row series
God of War 1/2 ---> Dante's Inferno is pretty rad, also Devil May Cry series which are the daddies and mommies of the genre
Age Of // Total War ---> Uhm... Civilization sounds nice, but it's a bit more complex then the forementioned two.
Celtic Kings ---> No idea what that even is, so no recommendation.
Star Wars Battlefront II ---> Uhm... lots and lots of different Battlefront games? That and Battlezone 1 and 2 for the PC, also Uprising.
CoD/Battlefield ---> Medal of Honor series

Hope that helps.

I see you've played the Ace Attorney series, so I'll go and recommend Ghost Trick (NDS). It's from the same creator so yeah.

If you liked the "visual novel" part of AA, I'm recommending 999 (DNS). It's a visual novel with puzzles where you figure out how to escape from a number of rooms. Also, the Hotel Dusk series. Once again with puzzles. I've also heard that Trace Memory's a good puzzle game. I've yet to play that though.

All this puzzle talk reminds me of a game... Professor Layton series. Someone has already recommended it, but I'm recommending it again if you like puzzles.
