Chicken Cordon Bleu's on the grill. Easy, just wrap them in foil or use a pan of water to keep them from drying out.

Or lazier yet, marinate chicken pieces in mayo + garlic, then grill.

Actually, I'm not sure if the English grill. It might add too much flavor...

Well I've just had a roast dinner
biggrin.gif
but if I was cooking... (being the lazy person I am) I would have probably done a jacket potato with cheese and tuna. Or failing that oven chips and whatever else is in the freezer... chicken kievs perhaps?

I love pasta, but I feel like I'm eating it about 3 times a week

You grill your Bleu's? Neat Idea, I should try them that way instead of baking them

Sure. Here's another idea, one I "borrowed" from the local Brazilian steakhouse. Wrap a half or third bacon strip around a chunk of raw turkey breast, put on skewer, season to your liking and grill until the bacon wraps tight and the turkey is done all the way through.

Similar to the above: cook chicken breast, cook bacon, wrap bacon around chicken with a little cheese in middle, shove under the grill till cheese melts.

Another vote for stir fry, it's dead quick dependant on what you cook to put in it. Otherwise I survived off of small pies, chicken breasts in southern fried coating (proper chicken, not that re-processed mashed up shit), sausages and mash, spagetti and fake roast dinners (created by roasting potatoes but grilling the pork steaks. If you half-cook the potatoes first it only takes about half an hour to roast the outside).

I seriously recommend you try some mexican food. Buritoes/tacos are the easiest meals to create. Just need some wraps/tacos, mince, tomato lettuce, cheese etc. All you need to cook is the mince. Get some avacado and sour cream and you will urinate in your pant's over how good it tastes.

a few night's ago I made some wedges.
one of the best meals I've ever had
wink2.gif

the wedges were sorta marinated (I guess) in olive oil, chicken stock, curry powder, salt, sugar, paprika and oregano
fan baked them, then melted a little cheese over them, then some fried bacon, then red onion and parsley and lots of sour cream to top it all
