Gaming Recommend a good rpg?

I need a good RPG for the 3DS I am new to it...vita has disappointed me so far as I wait for SOUL SACRIFICE, and MH3 might fill up some of my craving but I want more!

Here is what I am looking and not looking for:

I lost interest in turn based games .... (I think 99% RPGS in ds are turn based...? )
Have the new pokemon....I know its turn base but still
I like magic etc, rpg, level up if possible, definitely BOSSES , challenging BOSSES!
Decent/Good graphics!
I have heard of the new fire emblem but it looks like a strategy/turn based games so meh...

Paper Mario Sticker Star, LoZOT, Tales of the Abyss. Eshop game Denpa Men They Came by Wave. Actually the Ps Vita has more rpgs out for it.

I prefer the LAW2. It carries a decent amount of ammo and it has a good range.

There's Heroes of Ruin (diablo like game), Crimson Shroud (not exactly a turn based rpg since it involves dices), Etrian Odyssey IV (its turn based but it can be pretty hard).. Well besides that I dunno.. There's the SMT games which are also rpg's, but one is turn-based and the other is an s-rpg like Fire Emblem.

Just got tales of the abyss, tis pretty good. The same style as tales of symphonia on the gamecube and the story is well detailed (been a while since i played a game without wanting to skip all the dialogue).

Don't knock FE: Awakening until you try it. There's a reason why it got a 92% on Metacritic.

I hate the other FE games because they impose stupid class/experience/gold limits on your characters. They addressed quite a bit of that in FE:A.

i have not tryed that one but i do love the tales of games how is it?

I love ToA. Luke may be annoying in the first half, he get 100% better once you past a point (about half i think.) The subtitle for Abyss is "To Know the Meaning of Birth."

If you like ToS, ToA would be good.
