ROM Hack Rebuild romfs to romfs.bin, how?

Hey Guys,

I try to modify something right now and want to rebuild the romfs back to romfs.bin
Can someone tell me how?
I saw something called "makeromfs" but there's no such file in any of the tools i got.

Okay, I've another problem :/
I rebuild the romfs.bin, copied it to AUTO_CIA/tmp after decrypt the original rom and tried to make a cia.
I got this error:

Someone who could help me with it? how can I get the new romfs.bin back into the rom AND compile it to cia?

Would like to get a exact explaination how to.
I only want to reinsert the romfs.bin back into the rom.
