Is it just me or are there no good .txt editors out there? I've looked high and low and I've found a few but they don't work. I know that DS Organize has one, but because of the touch screen issue I don't want to use it; its annoying to have to turn off my wifi every time I would want to use DS Organize. I know this has been asked a million times all over the internet, but perhaps I've overlooked something. Any help?

It's something the DS is seriously lacking in.
Insulting even since we even have MSN and IRC clients that are great.

The closest thing to good I've found is a korean keyboard homebrew that just copies the iPhone keyboard. It does english characters fine though.

In DSOrganize, in the file browser, you can rename a .txt file to .ini Then you can edit the .ini, save it, and when you're done, rename it back to a .txt

there is one. I am using it. It's called 'worDS' and here is a link:

http://dshomebrewmomo.blogspot.com/2009/06/word-ds-061.html

That's not a text editor by definition, it's actually a word processor because of all the formatting.

Just a basic text editor, strings of text and nothing else, would be really helpful on the DS.
There is also the obvious fact that Word DS edits .html files whereas pure text editors edit .txt files specifically. A text editor is a homebrew that I'd rather like to see.
