Hacking Really stuck after an sd card phail

Playing my 3ds fine and then the sd card packed in all my games have gone and i get the error about the sd card i followed the guide from here https://3ds.guide
i just dont have a clue how to start again since i updated the firmware as the guide said.
i checked online but cant find any info so im stuck with a blank sd card and lost.
can anyone help?

If you have a backup of the card as the guide tells you to make then you can simply restore it to the card.
But to be certain if some things at which step where you when it happen?

Does your 3DS boot up? If not get boot.firm from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases and put it on the root of your SD card.

Then follow https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup to get back all the homebrew apps etc.

I followed your advice quantumcat its up and running and now installing CIA's, Thanks again hope i can repay the advice some day unfortunately im more of an android freak, If you havent already i'd try Lineage OS its pretty hawt gives you switchable root so you can use android pay or pokemon go and so on.
