Gaming Really noob question

I have a .bin file and a .cue file, both image disc archives (you know, like isos files). What can I use to burn those images?

The image itself should around 700mb size. It's split into two files:

The .BIN that sizes 700mb and the .CUE file that sizes 1KB

any help?
