Hacking Really is there no way to fix it

Comeon the thing broke after 3 months and I seriously would try anything to fix it, ordered another card but the GUI of the acekard is so nice I will miss it.

What you think is defective?

This has been convered MANY times, why do people refuse too use the search button.

If i remember correctly it was bad soldering of some chips which you'd need proper equipment to re-solder properly.

Mine just broke today.
To fix it from dying i just blew in the cartridge to make the dust go away.
I tried jamming it in and that works too(with a lot of tape)

Wish they had been more specific on the cause, first thing I did when I got my AK2 though was to reflow the bugger (though the soldering did look fine under magnification.) No problems as of yet... though that probably doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot.
