Read firmware FROM HWFLY/Instinct/GD32 chip

hello everyone, as anyone know.. there is any chance to get the Firmware from a chip?
i need to extract firmware and bootloader from an Instinct V6 but i can't find any clue

If you're connecting this up to an ST-LINK, use the STM32 Cube programming software: https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/stm32cubeprog.html
For the GD-LINK on the other hand, download the GD-LINK programmer software: https://www.gd32mcu.com/en/download?kw=gd-link&lan=en

There should be an option to dump the bootloader and the flash.

i've just the chip connected to the USB port (via the usb cable) so no programmer, i've tested with GD-LINK but i get always no connection, did you've any guide that i can follow? i need to extract the ISTINCT-NX firmware from the chip since i can't find anywere

There's this one guide here which should work, not certain if this is outdated or not, but I'm putting it here anyways. It does say 'flashing and updating', but it should work also for making a backup of the bootloader and/or firmware.

ok so there is no way to extract firmware without a programmer? i mean, we can write with the firmwareupdater.exe but we can't read from it ?

i need to clone the firmware from a chip to another one... and just for curiosity if it is possible

Firmware is here, but if the chip is working don't mess with it, Instinct NX firmware doesn't mix with Hwfly.
