Hacking Read Error 349 help

Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Use Only Brand Name Discs.
I got the same error trying to run a DVD-RW on Backup Launcher Game 0.3.
After burning the same game on a good quality disc it worked ok.

install cios37 rev 3.wad with wad manager.

mine worked after doing so.
