Hacking Re-virginized Wii - quick question

Hi all,

Just followed the http://sites.google.com/site/completesg/other-stuff/virgin guide upto and including step7.

Upon reboot, HBC disappeared. This I think was expected. Firmware reads as 4.2J, and Jap retail NSMB update worked fine.

The final step says:

* Run the Hackmii installer. If you have DVDX, uninstall it
* Go to the bootmii menu and uninstall Bootmii
* Finally you can uninstall the HBC as well.

Since I have not used Hackmii, can anyone clarify, will this remove the last bits of HBC off my system, and leave no trace of itself afterwards? ie: If I decided to send my Wii for some reason for Nintendo service, it would be seen as completely clean?

Once the system is clean, will take a NAND backup and then re-hack for 4.2. System was hacked to 3.2 via TP previously, but want a 100% "clean" NAND backup before bringing things up to date.

You won't have a "Clean" Nand backup because bootmii will be there, but I get what you are saying

Sounds like you got everything pretty good
