I bought av cable and an rca cable but they wont work, i see no output. Any help??? wii2hdmi works but its making screen sharp asf
That indeed could be the issue here. I ran into the same problem iirc. which is a pretty dumb feature to implement imhoOP: Uses WII2HDMI and sets Wii to 480p.
also OP: Probably didn't changed the signal back to 480i. Wonders why RCA can't display 480p
Yeah, wonder why 480p can't be turned to ANALOG SIGNAL.That indeed could be the issue here. I ran into the same problem iirc. which is a pretty dumb feature to implement imho
The ps3 has a similar problem, but atleast you can still change the video output to the default if you go from hdmi to composite for example.Yeah, wonder why 480p can't be turned to ANALOG SIGNAL.
Stupid lazy Nintendo, is just one line of code.
Unless you can fumble your way into the settings somehow, which is a lot easier on the PS2 when you're switching component formats. The ps3 has a similar problem, but atleast you can still change the video output to the default if you go from hdmi to composite for example.
Here with the Wii, if you no longer have the wii2hdmi adapter or the component cables you're stuck until you get one of those two.
Where, on the wii?Unless you can fumble your way into the settings somehow,
On the ps2? Yes, you can change it even if the screen is black (happened to me), you just have to follow a set of button presses until you change it.which is a lot easier on the PS2 when you're switching component formats.
Composite is 480i, which is completely different to the 480p that component is.Yeah, wonder why 480p can't be turned to ANALOG SIGNAL.
