Ransomware, phishing

So possibly since estimate circa Anno Domini of year of 2020 I was trying to get rid-off phishing, ransomware from Microsoft Windows 10,but I don't know how to do it in Microsoft Windows 11. I think my One Drive Cloud got .vpsh files which makes it useless.

It works much the same whether it is Windows 95 or 11.

You find the files doing the deed, any autoloading and things they replaced and get rid of them.
Sometimes automated tools will help, sometimes not. Sometimes you might find things with manual tools, other times it will be buried deep and add it back in before you have the chance to remove all the hooks (though many better machine fixing tools will stop everything not absolutely essential and leave you able to do things and then reboot back in). Sometimes tools stop supporting newer OSes but there is usually a replacement. Sometimes it is easier to wipe the machine out and install from fresh.

If they encrypted files and you don't have backups (your onedrive might have a rollback feature, many similar remote storage options have it, but I don't know the service in particular to say) then you better hope they used a weak implementation of the encryption.
