Is there any way to use a randomizer ( such as pk3ds) on the game files saved on my sd card from purchasing Pokemon ORAS off the eshop?

Was watching TyranitarTube's randomized Alpha sapphire and it look like a hell of a lot of fun

Hmm... I don't believe it's possible. Then again, I'm no expert in this field. You could tell us your 3DS's current state (firmware, whether it's hacked or has CFW, what flashcarts you got, etc) to see if there's any alternatives for you.
