RAM Upgrade for Wii U emulation

Hi. Its been almost a year i got my new PC, and i've been playing with emulation way more than actuall PC games. Everything i've tried up to Dolphin 5.0 worked flawlessly. GC and Wii games run at 100%, just ocasion very little stuttering (i don't build the shaders before starting the game). My money is a bit low, i've been wanting to try Cemu (and maybe later, Yuzu). VM would be cool, just to play and mess with other OSes.

Currently i'm using 8 GB RAM DDR4 2400 Kingston (2x4 dual channel). How a RAM upgrade to 16 GB (2x8 dual channel) would benefit me? At least with less stuttering. I'm thinking in getting the Kingston KVR24N17S8/8 (been using Kinston memory modules for years, never had problem with them).

Windows 10 Pro build 16299.15 (1709/RS3)
Intel Pentium G4560 3,5 Ghz
8 GB DDR4 RAM Kingston (2x4 dual channel)
Nvidia GT 1030 2 GB GDDR5 from Galax (white board model)
Gigabyte H110M-S2PH
Storage: HDD Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 7200 RPM, model ST1000DM010-2EP102
PSU: Corsair CX450

I don't care about graphics "enhancements" on emulation. But if there's something else i can improve, tell me.

Emulation is generally bottlenecked by single-threaded CPU performance. 8GB of RAM is likely more than enough for emulation on a system with a dedicated graphics card. If you want fewer stutters, your best bet is upgrading the CPU*

* Do note that emulation is not perfect and even with an unlimited budget and crazy top end hardware, you will never be able to achieve as smooth/reliable performance as you would on actual hardware. There will always be remaining glitches/instabilities/stutters. I am speaking from experience here.

A 16gb (2x8gb) kit cost somewhere north of $100 dollars.. In reality your biggest limitation is your CPU or GPU. Your Pentium is a dual core CPU while CEMU can take advantage of more than 2 cores. I think you should invest in a better CPU first then upgrade your GPU.

My Motherboard is complatible with 6th and 7th generation Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 CPUs. What processor would you recomend me?
