Hacking R4YSauto?

I just got a basic Question I have done the R4YSauto thing and it has worked but i amnot sure on what files i should keeep and what i should delete.

As system files i currently have:

Files: DS MENU.DAT,DS MENU.SYS and DS MSHL.nds
Folders: (Custom) System,Moonshl,TTMenu(New)


So if you know what can i delete and what should i keep.

Are you using ysmenu as an autoboot nds file or as a replacement fw?

I am using it as firmware

I wouldn't use it as a firmware. I prefer YSMENU as a .nds file. It makes things a lot easier.

Now I've got a problem too. I FINALLY got YSMenu working by making it an NDS file (No auto-boot), but NOW I can't use any .NDS Files. Should I use an auto-boot file instead?

PS, I'll try using the auto-boot version of the file instead and see if that helps out.
EDIT: Didn't work. It didn't even boot itself.
EDIT2: DLDI Patching the .NDS file I used before to try and use games.
EDIT3: Nothing doing. I can get it working, but the games are "Unsupported DLDI file [(A) OK])".
