Hacking r4n3ds update problem

i have a r4n3ds and i have noticed a problem that has bothered a lot of people: we can't update it.

once i tryed to update it but i rewinwed it. so i got back to the store and they gave me a new one(because i had bought it one hour before)
Thats why i don't want to try again
