Hacking r4i sdhc not working...

my new r4 card is not working got it from realhot stuff.. when i go to load a rom is starts to create a sav file the all of a sudden
stops working then a black screen with savfile can't be found please restart.. im using the latest firmware v1.06
from the r4i sdhc site.. any help would be appreciated.. can in use the r4i cn firmware that card was working fine on my girls freom dealextreme
