Try update kernel to 2017 version, someone told me it should work.
Old kernel won't work because this is 2017 already.

Try the new Firmware of the card,

From the package, it should be the same one as http://www.r4isdhc.com/
Try backing up your Flashcard MicroSD, then upgrade the kernel.

For check if your TWL firm is not the cause, try runing any legit NDS cart.
