Hacking R4i question

Hi! Sorry for the questions, but there are so many DS cards!!

I have a R4i+ RTS Gold card. The one with the selector to ntrboot <-> DS mode
It said on the label r4ids.cn

I would like to know if this is a clone.
In case of being a clone, what's the original? Does the original have the selector too?

There is another manufacturer ( r4i-sdhc ) that also has their own R4i+ Gold cards.
What's the difference between this and mine?

Also the firmware of eachother is not sharable between them, right?
I tried it, but it only boots with wood firmware from the r4ids.cn . Firmware from r4i-sdhc doesn't work.

Is there any better card?

That is the best one to have officialy supported by Wood r4 so has the best Rom compatability
