Gaming R4I correct firmware website and working cheat database

ok firstly on the card is this R4i Revolution for DS (DS NDSi/NDSL/NDS) www.r4ds-i.com.cn when i go to that site it doesnt show up i get this http://advancedsearch.virginmedia.com/assi...w.r4ds-i.com.cn. so can anyone help me find the right firmware please and if possible will it allow my little 8 year old nephew use cheats for his games aswell. yes i know iv made a post days ago but not one of the 21 or so people would kindly give me one answer at all which i find kind of rude. iv never used a r4 myself before so i have no clue what else i can do this why im looking for a little help from somewhere. ps if it helps iv tried making a custom cheat database and i still get the codes cannot be found error or when i press y or the cheat button nothing happens at all

Finding kernel files for clones can be a bitch, try http://linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/
You may have to try a few before you get a working one though.

The firmware for your cart hasn't been updated in 9 months. It most likely will not play new games.

As for cheats, get this and put it in the cheats folder.

nope none of the cheat databases work the cheat (Y) button goes grey for a split second then turns white again nothing else after that

it depends. if you have the r4i i have (SDHC with a red box and its supported by games engine) ($8.00 one on shoptemp) use this website:

link like i said in the top first line the description is there of what it is. and yes lobster that is the card but the firmware on that site dont work. if anyone can give me a link to where i can get a DSTTi or acekard 2i id be greatfull ((im assuming i can reformat the microsd in the r4i and use that in any flashcard ((as long as i have the right firmware?)) because its a 4gb microsd
