Hacking R4I cheats bugged pokemon black?

I enabled the "all badges" cheat at start but thanks to that the gym leader "ceren" won't battle me now since the game think i got all the badges and i can't proceed to the next city because an old man stops me from entering wothout a badge.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Cheats like that usually crash your game.
My advice? Don't use that cheat. Start all over with a clean save file and use cheats that doesn't add anything to your trainer card.

Yep, started a new save, but i was not allowed to save over the old one so i have to quit the game, delete the old save, then start a new game and reach the same progression for the third time. But this time i will deactivate the wild pokemon spawning to speed up the gameplay even more.
