Hacking R4I 3DS on my old 2DS version 10.5

Did Nintendo block R4I 3DS on firmware 10.5? My 3DS won't recognize it. Used to work but now it doesn't.

Yes. That's how I hacked my DS in fact.

Simple. i think is because, nintendo blocked some flashcards in the DSi and 3DS via updates. Like, if you wanted to use an og r4 in a 3DS (launch), No no, not possible.
