Need more details.
'Doesn't work' is not clear enough. Let's try again:

- What device are you trying the card in?
- Which firmware is on the device (i.e. NDS 1.4.5 or .1.4E.. 3ds 9.9.1.-32.. )
- Is the card detected as a game at all when inserted in the device?
- What does it do when you try to start it?

I have accidently erased all files of my r4
Sorry Was not the firmware its the game kernel
I cant find the current playable kernel for this r4

Short story: There are two 'types' of card, and they use different kernel.

You can unzip to SD and try if it works. I've no idea yet where to get the other variant from. http://www.r4i3d.com/download/201105170833227583939.zip
