Hacking R4i 3D 2013

Hello there,
I have a R4i3D 2013, Pink-coloured one, but I cannot find a kernel that works for my Nintendo DS Lite, I am quite lost on the topic, too many kernel, too many types can anyone share with me the right kernel and explain the process?

I have already found a discussion about this in the forum, but it doesn't work, or maybe I am making a mistake in the process. Some help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Copy the files from within the "WOOD_R4dsi1.25_3DS" folder onto the sd-card.
