Hacking R4DS SDHC Purple Screen Theme Problem

Ok so after a few awkward problems with me and my R4DS SDHC card (which i am WELL aware is fake), something started happening and to no surprise, i cannot fix it.

The ''themes'' do not work, and instead show a purplish/blueish menu that has no icons. everything works, except for two things after that:

There is no cheat icon.

and if you boot into the games folder, it makes this weird metal-esque theme.

i've tried replacing the _system_ folder and themes folder and reformatting a million times, and nothings works.

i have tried reformatting several times into FAT32 (haven't tried FAT16, but i don't think that matters much since it's SDHC) and i'm beginning to think it is the ds card and not the sd card. haha. kind of awkward.

Anyhow, i've found some people across the interwebs that have the same problem, but they never seem to be answered.

i need help hard core.

it's sort of getting annoying.

ok so while lurking the forums i found that it has to do with the fact that i'm on a linux computer.
and because someone was acting rather dickish, the posts vital information was deleted...

and all of the ones under it were bragging of success....

just so people know i found fixation!

because it's linux, nothing gets capitalized.
so you literally have to do some boring finger blistering work.
