I'm confused by the picture of the CD that says "compatible OS: Windows 98/ME/XP" ...
does it mean there is a patcher tool and simple drag and drop is not supported?

I havent got my unit yet but from what shaun said you can apparently just drag and drop a rom without using a patcher or any software, which makes it compatible with any operating system.

For Costello's question, I opened my CD, there are a couple of update sofewares found in it, I assume manufaturer tries to say: those sofeware could be read and run in PC...

what the CD meant is the drivers for the USB reader that its suppoes to come with I am guessing ..

I've ordered 4 from Divineo on 20th Dec!
It arrived in Airport this morning, but I am only getting it on 27th Dec
due to holiday... DAMN!

I know, Divineo China, You MUST!!!! email them and bug for tracking number.
You did choose UPS for delivery right? I had to email them twice until they
gave me 2 line reply back with 1 line being the tracking number.

My R4DS sitting about 20 minute drive and I can't get it until Wednesday....

so what are the ground/cheap shipping+tax charges on divineo and gameyeeeah to US? I browsed their sites but no word on what they are.

If it's too much i'll wait for a US online shop to sell them.

Or you could pre-order the M3 DS Simply at Bamboogaming for ~ $45 including shipping (expected in about a week), which is technically identical to the R4.
