No there aren't. R4CCE.nds stops just shy of being able to edit cheats.

Well sorry for the double post (only way someone is going to notice this), but after reading KevInChester's post and doing it myself (used refspoof since the other way wasn't working out for me and my motivation only goes so far for something that I don't need), I found out that its not that hard to get at all. It took me maybe 3-5 minutes of random clicking before deciding that the instructions would probably help, and afterwards I had it in maybe 30 seconds...
Anyways, in an attempt of keeping more people from uselessly PMing Xenon++, here is the r4cce.nds.zip on mediafire. As a note, (Coolness) there isn't much reason to back up a claim that something doesn't make sense at the current time unless there someone asks to verify.
