The only white ones were the original V1 R4 cards. Those sites are probably selling fakes or just have extremely out of date stock photos of their merchandise. Probably both.
If you really must buy an R4 then get this one and NO OTHER. It's the only R4 worth buying because it's the only one that can run the Wood R4 firmware. Please note that this card will not run on the DSi. If you have a DSi get this one and use the AKAIO firmware.
However, if you want a card with extra capabilities (such as GBA emulation), and don't mind paying a little more, then get this one.
