Hacking R4 Upgrade

I have an R4 Upgrade, and I can't seem to find the correct firmware for it. I've tried so many , but they all still make the R4 get stuck at the "Loading..." screen. Does anyone know what fw I need to use, and if so, would you please post a link?

P.S. Can I put YSmenu on the R4 Upgrade?

I have an R4 (that I never use, but actually works) and an Acekard 2i (my favorite one, but it's at my dad's house, and I can't get it for at least a week). The reason that I wanted to use the R4 Upgrade over the R4 is because I can use an 8gb Micro SD card, rather than a 2gb one.

@littleBigMods, i have a R4DS for some years now. Last update i did was from http://www.r4li.com/download/r4_v1.24_kernel.html and it works for me.
You should try it.
