Hacking R4 sdhc

Hi i have the r4 sdhc version 1.25 but it has only cheats in japanese not english so i cant read it and when i downloaded the files from the cheat database the cheat option didnt come up at all can anyone help me please?!

How did you successfully install YSmenu on your card ?
I can install the firmware fine but I cant start any games. The screen is just white.

When using the YSmenu app select,2 Automatically starting after the original firmware has loaded which means that YSMenu is installed as default.nds. The R4 loader will start it as soon as it loads. This is useful for clones that won't work with option 1. Also, you can press B while loading to use the R4 loader this way as explained by Maikel Steneker some where here..........
