Hacking R4 SDHC Help plz!

Hello, i have a few problems with my R4 SDHC, i got a lot of frimware compatibles, but, i instaled them a lot of times, and is the same, i load a backup but always got savedata corrupted, can some help me with that?

I have a 4Gb SDHC Sandisk

Does this happen for all games or just one game? Or does it happen when you boot the card? If it is just for one game then it is most likely that the .sav file has corrupted so you need to go on your pc and locate gamenamehere.sav and delete it. Otherwise you may have to either scan the card for errors or reformat it.
