Hacking R4 Rom Wont load

i have an R4I-sdhc dual core 2020 card but it seem that when i put a rom on right after formatting the micro sd some of the roms show their game icon and They have problem like "Demono.sys Error" like pokemon black 2 BUT other roms picture for it is the R4 Logo and when i press onto it to play it it just gets stuck on loading. the games have never before worked,and i've been searching on the internet for hours. i have formatted my sd already but nope doesnt really do anything. Please help and thank you!
Ps. I did change the kernel three times

Have you tried downloading the starter files for the R4? Downloading just the roms alone won't be enough to play the games; you need a firmware as well.
