Hacking R4/R4 Help - Questions and Problems

Hey i have 2 R4's, a R4 SDHC (r4sdhc.com) and a R4i 3DS (r4i-sdhc.com)

I currently have a few problems and questions on whats the best way to set them up.

First my old R4 SDHC doesn't have its firmware/kernel due to me miss placing the mem card, where can i download it?
EDIT: I found them

Secondly my R4i is having a bit of a problem where it just likes to freeze on me when i am playing a game and just display no card when i try to boot it. How can i fix this.

And where can i find the tool that is used to formate sd cards i cant find it xD

That tool is SDFormatter and is easy to find.
You could find the kernel for the R4 SDHC on Google. Some may be outdated.
Maybe your R4i3DS needs an update. Have you checked the site to check you have the latest firmware.

my R4i 3ds is updated to the latest kernel but for the life of the card i havnt updated the firmware i am going to do that now but i am unshore if thats it it wasnt doing this before hand.
