I have R4 NDS and I have put all the Pokemon roms into the Root of the memory card but when I play it doesn't work?

Saying that they don't work isn't enough.

Answer the following questions:

1) What error do you get?
2) Are you using woodR4?
3) What URL is written on the box of the R4?

I don't know because I put the Pokemon roms for my friend and he said that the games aren't working, I don't think he is using WoodR4

QUOTE(NES SNES V.B. N64 G.C. Wii @ May 22 2011, 08:45 AM) Did you accidentally delete some of the necessary kernel files? Or move them? Otherwise move them to a game folder, I header some cards/menus don't function with roms on the root.
Haven't deleted any files from the memory card

Well then, I need answers to those questions or I won't be able to assist you. Well actually, no one will be able to help you unless we know what flashcart you're using, what kernel you're using and what error you get.

Well ask him if he accidently did.

Also is it only the Pokemon roms, or other roms aswell. If it is the new Pokemon Black and White it will most likely not run without WoodR4 or YSMenu on clones without decent support. If it is older pokemon games there is something wrong with something else.

It works on 90% of the clones. Some clone makers have come forward and released updates. YSMenu/WAIO/Wood make b/w work on most other clones.

What is the website on the sticker, and just try YSMenu (retro's updates).
There's no website on the sticker but this is the R4 that my friend has,

Can you give me a link to YSMenu please

Put the saves and roms in a folder called GAMES. That way if you do use WoodR4, it will detect them. Also, you don't need the _system_ folder. All you need is GAMES, _rpg, and/or moonshell if you plan on putting music, movies, or pictures on there. Otherwise, you can delete it. Homebrews like JDS can be put on the root. Let me know if you run into problems with that.

I have put the latest version of WoodR4 on the memory card,

But in _system_ folder there is eBook and Themes folder, where should I move them to?

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
