Second skinning attempt from me, complete with actual download and customized .ini(to my tastes, at least).

The .ini has it set to white text with black backing. this was done because I personally prefer to see the actual background as opposed to things covering it up. If you're used to using your R4 regularly you should pretty much know where certain games are, anyway.
If you don't like that, but still like the skin itself feel free to alter the .ini.

There's so many skins that really could do with a more advanced site that mavisxp! I mean something with keywords/searching. Maybe something listing the artist as well, so if theres a skin you like by a certain artist, you could search. I was considering setting up an R4 skin site before I knew about mavis.

I had talked to mavis about helping him make improvements to his site, and he seemed to be for it, but then he suddenly disappeared. I was just thinking this morning about going ahead with it myself on my own site.

I think it would be best to try and help mavis update his site, so there's still just one site people go to for skins

another thing it really needs is some indication of what firmware each skin works best with

Looking at his profile, he's been active in the Rominator topic, but not in the skins topic. And the last PM I sent him was in January.

And yea, one of the things I had planned was a field were the author specifies which device and firmware the skin is intended for (R4 or M3, and possibly G6 in the future).

It'd be worth it. It's actually a pretty good site and more and more skins are being added as word spreads. A lot more organized and easier to sift through than this thread or Mavis' site.
