The problem began after a save with The world ends with you.

When I went into the game menu, it would scroll down to the last loaded game (TWEWY) And subsequently froze.

After removing TWEWY, it now freezes at the top of the list...

Really I don't know what to do ha ha..

Try backing up everything to your pc.
    Then format your microsd.
Put everything back on the microsd
    Check for freezing

Apparently it's just a problem with fat DS's...

Though it was working just a half hour ago...

So have you got it fixed?
    or is it still "broken"
beleive it or not, completely eject the card out of your DS
put it back in, see if it works, might actually XD

It's working in a DS lite, but not in an old DS, repeated ejections don't get it working in it either.

I've got a phat DS with R4+YSMenu DSTT 1.17a07 and didn't have problems with TWEWY.
But as it started with the savfile of TWEWY, how about putting the latest savlib.dat on your R4.
You can download the latest savlib.dat here:
    http://gamewiki.jp/uploader/dsma/src/dsm0077.zip.html
You only need the savlib.dat file.
