My Bad about that..

when did you guys first get this?

theres been a pather around since around kernel 1.08 or so. I learned about it off dealextreme.

There are newer updates for kernel 1.11 for the patch.

I got tired quickly of the extra patching work, after about 2 weeks of testing my R4 to work correctly i just did the solder language hack. I can now just drop the english kernels on the card without patching.
